How do you re-set a task marked as completed or in-process?

Hello,

I'm new to CreativeOffice, exploring and clicking around a bit. I clicked on that gray dot next to a new task... Ooo! It's blue now. Clicked again... green check-mark... nice. But I haven't started the task yet, so I click again... nothing. Click click click... still checked. I'm certainly not finished with the task, so how do I reset it? If I cannot and must re-create the task, isn't that a problem? What if I had simply mis-clicked? "Ooop! Sorry! Start over." (I hope I can reset it...) Help?
