Time Sheet Report Bug?

When I view my time sheet reports by client, none of the task names show up -- just the date and hours are listed (however there are headings for "Task Name" and "Comments" but those are blank). And yes, I do have Tasks for the projects.

Is this a bug? Any way for the Task Name to appear?
