Time tracking will be available as a feature within the CPO application, a downloadable module for both Mac and PC for offline time tracking, and a Vista Sidebar Gadget. It will also be available from within the Google Gadget and Netvibes Module. All implementations will work the same. You will select from your available projects, select a task (if any tasks are entered) and then click a 'Clock Start' button or something similar. If you're offline, your logged time will be synced with your CPO account the next time an internet connection is available. Look for this feature to begin rolling out around May 25th.
