Multiple assignments

It may be me, but I don;t see any way of allocating tasks within a project to more than one user or myself as the creator of the task.

Is that right or have I missed something?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hello and thanks for the post. You're correct, for right now there is no way to assign a task to multiple team members. However, the entire task area is going to get an overhaul in the next few weeks and your idea will definitely be incorporated at that time.

Thanks again!

great post!

i was also looking for this feature, i have employees that i need to assign to a job site, then have each employee insert their time on the job.

each employee logs into his own CPO dashboard, selects his project then enter his hours and what he may have completed for the period of time.

Hi coliance,

If I'm understanding your question properly, you should be able to set your employees up as team members. Then they will each be able to login to CPO and update their own hours. Then, you can run timesheet reports for each employee to determine their hours.

Would this work adequately or am I missing something?

I think I'm being faced with a similar problem in trying to determin if CPO can work for us.
Whereas CPO seems to work fine for tracking the time people spend on particular tasks, it seems to be missing a crucial element on the planning side of the project:
When planning a project it is necessary to break it down into tasks and then to assign specific people to the individual tasks. And of course to also be able to assign people to more than one task.
I have not been able to find some way to do this.
Is it possible?
If not is it something that is being considered for the future?
If so when is the eta for that functionality?
Thank you
