couple of suggestions

i've been using eventum so i'm a little spoiled =P but i'm def moving my projects over to here. this is already much easier to use, being all slick ;)

a couple of things that would be cool (in no order really)

1. while in a project, the top bar "view project details", have that section be able to be minimized, but keeping that toolbar open that shows the options
2. task categories - define custom categories, with color codes that highlight.
3. re-order tasks (not too important)
4. downgrade task status, and/or define custom statuses (sp?)
5. choose columns that show, or hide blank columns (i use it as a task-lkist, usually no dates, but like in eventum, i have it show the task name, status, and description, and that's it. but having custom columns would be nice, but not sure about the feasibility of this)
6. minimize the right hand side (with the search, calendar), i find that i'm not really using it and it uses real-estate that could be for the tasks

2007-05-18 14:06:28		Welcome to the forum and thanks for the post. These are some GREAT ideas and I appreciate the good feedback. The next few weeks will see a major rework of the whole task area - I don't even like the way it works now and I built the damn thing.

It's one of those issue like, you start down a certain path, invest a lot of time in it, and then find out that it really isn't all that great. So, we'll be working on this very soon.
