I am new to CPO, it looks like you guys may be on to something here. You have just the right amount of features, with the exception of an issues log, without going off the deep end with features that make the app too complicated for the very people we need to communicate our information to, our clients who are often not the most technology savvy or friendly.
** Tasks
** Files
** Notes
** Documents
** Message center (a discussion thread for clients and managers-employees to post questions and provide answers instead of a million emails back and forth that no one can really track)
** Issue manager (where clients could post an issue and progress and activity could be tracked until resolution - with customizable issue category and status selections)
** Billing/invoicing is a nice feature for many, in my case I dont think I'll be using that functionality but you seem to have it nicely integrated.

Keep up the great work, I really like what I am seeing here. I have a few questions on functionality that I missed. If someone could post a quick reply to me if I dis miss something I would be grateful.

1. Is there a way to show tasks from the project task list in the client view? the tasks I created were not showing up in the client view when I logged in with the client login.

2. Is there a way to make the notes visible to the clients

For both of these a checkbox option to make public like the documents section would be great, sometimes there are internal tasks that the client doesn't need to know about but still need to be managed within the scope of the rest of the project.

3. The issue tracker I mentioned earlier, just there and also a make public checkbox would be great so issues that are know internally, but not relevant to the clients interests but still related to the project don't need to be managed somewhere else but won't be visible in the client view.

Thank you again for your time, I look forward to watching the application mature.

regards,
Larry

When entering a new client, when or where is the option to include a Creative Brief and once approved by the client an option to add a proposal? A Creative Brief should always be referred to and readily available when communicating with and presenting concepts. I'd like to see the calendar be able to change views from square months to a time line with colored bars indicating the different routes and dates for Design, Proof, Client and Final route and Send to printer).

I'd like to have spell check on all “Comment” sections.

How does the client get the login info? I created a client with my email and it doesn't send me anything? How do I send this to them and is there a way that they can see the tasks associated with a project?
