Task Ownership

Currently it appears that tasks are owned by their creator. It would be very nice for a multi user project if a project manager could assign tasks to various team members. Furthermore, the team member who has been assigned a task should(could) be notified via email, sms, rss, etc... when a task has been assigned to them.

Taking it even one step further....
When the task notification email sent from the CPO is replied to, CPO could capture the reply and place it in the task history.
